Wiring step description
Note: First confirm that the circuit breaker on the rear panel is in the off position, and then operate the following process;
(1) Instructions for connecting solar modules:
1.1 Correctly connect the solar modules within the rated power with wires of appropriate wire diameter. When the solar modules are exposed to sunlight, use a voltmeter to measure the open circuit voltage at both ends of the modules, which is about 1.5-1.7 times the rated voltage of the equipment;
1.2 Connect a suitable circuit breaker in series with the positive connection line of the solar module, and then connect it to the "④--Solar" solar module input terminal. Note that the polarity of the solar module cannot be wrong during the connection to avoid damage to the equipment. See "System Connection Diagram";
(2) "15--12VDC Output", "16--5VDC Output" connection instructions
2.1 Confirm that the operating current of the DC load does not exceed the rated current of the device. The two “15--12VDC Output” DC ports on the front panel provide 12VDC, 1AMP current respectively, and two “16--5VDC Output” DC ports Provide 5VDC, 1AMP current to the outside;
2.2 When connecting to a DC load, pay attention to its polarity not to be wrong, and it is strictly forbidden to short-circuit the output wiring of the DC port to avoid damage to the equipment;
(3) Description of mains input connection
3.1 Input AC power to the AC input socket "③--ACInput" on the rear panel;
(4) Instructions for connecting external batteries
Note: The battery has been built-in in the machine, if you need to expand the capacity of the external battery, please follow the steps below;
4.1 After correctly connecting the external battery with a wire of appropriate wire diameter, use a voltmeter to measure the voltage at both ends of the battery pack to be approximately the rated voltage of the device;
4.2 Connect a suitable circuit breaker in series with the positive connection line of the external battery pack, and then connect it to the "⑤—Battery" terminal block of the device. Note that the polarity of the battery cannot be wrong during the connection of the battery to avoid damage to the device, see "System connection Schematic";

5.Storage & Transportation
* Based on the character of cell, proper environment for transportation of LiFePO4 battery pack need to be created to protect the battery.
* Battery should be stayed in the ware house -20℃～35℃ where it’s dry, clean, shade, and well-ventilated.
* The battery should be stored in 50% SOC during transportation.
* The battery need to be charged every 6 months if out of use
* Keep the battery against dropping, turning over and serious stacking during loading.
6. Warning & Tips
Before using the battery, please read and observe the specifications and precautions on the battery surface. Improper use may cause the battery to heat up, catch fire, crack, damage or decrease its capacity.
